Request for Financial Assistance

Sir Graham Balfour School understands that many families are facing financial difficulties and have provided a sum of money each year to help. Examples of assistance provided are contributions towards the cost of uniform, school activities, trips, music tuition and other items.

All requests for financial assistance must be submitted by the parent or carer by completing the online form using the link or QR code below. Please allow at least seven days during term time for your application to be considered, processed and the decision to be communicated.

The amount of financial assistance awarded may be dependent on the number of requests received during the school year.

Free School Meal information for parents

Parents or carers who meet the low income criteria can apply to claim free school meals. Free school meal funding entitles your child to receive a school meal during the day and enables the school to provide financial support towards uniform, school resources, music lessons, trips, and a breakfast and breaktime canteen allowance.
